The Company practices FIFO method of inventory management. Stock items kept at TTM are properly stacked by projects. Stock take is carried out once a year (annual stock count at year end).

Stocks are kept in warehouse which is locked and we have a full-time security guard everyday to guard the factory. TTM has taken up fire/theft insurance policy for all consigned stocks including those from TTPL.

All stocks are order-based. Monthly review is carried out on stock balances to ensure that there is no slow moving stock. The Heads of business units are responsible to liaise with customers on clearance of slow moving stocks identified. This measure reduces risk of stocks obsolescence.
