Mr Eddie Chng Weng Wah

| Eddie was appointed as a Director of the Company since
January 2004. A keen strategist and tactician, he is responsible for
overseeing the Group's management and formulation of the overall strategic
planning as well as business development for our group of companies.
Possessing astute business acumen and innovative mindset, Eddie is
constantly bringing new technologies which help our customers reduce costs
and improve their quality of service/products |
Mr Larry Chow Sou Chian
Group Chief Executive Officer |
| Larry was appointed as a Director of the Company since July
2006. He works closely with our Executive Chairman and is responsible for
overseeing the overall business and development. Larry brings with him more
than 18 years of extensive experience in the sales, distribution and
marketing of consumer electronic products in China and European markets and
possess a wide network of contact with distributors of consumer electronic
products in China and Europe. Prior to joining Ternary, he was the Chief
Operating Officer of Serial Systems and GM for Cosmic Digital. |
Steven Tan Hsien Yoong
Group Chief Financial Officer |
| Steven joined the Company as CFO on Nov 07. He is overall
responsible for the corporate finance and operational finance functions of
our Group. He has more than 10 years auditing and commercial experience.
Prior to joining Ternary, Steven was with KPMG, Coopers & Lybrand and Price
Waterhouse. He is a CA with Malaysia and Chartered Accountant with
Australia. |
